Twenty-two. Living life.
Yeah basically.. this. Sucks that the dude I’m sorta seeing seems to be wanting more. I’ve done the LTR thing in the past, and I’ve come to the point where I need to be a 22 year old and do 22 year old things.. which for me does not include happily ever after. I need to focus on figuring out what will make me happy in life, and to be a free spirit with no strings tying me down. Am I wanting to have my cake and eat it too? What’s wrong with that? I’m basically in a loving “relationship” that’s unofficial and without a label. That’s how I like it. I don’t want to tie him down because I don’t want those restrictions on me, either. What’s so great about a relationship at this age anyway? I mean, the way I see it, most relationships have to end when you get sick of each other. With friendships, they can last forever, and you don’t have to worry about sleeping with other people. *shrugs* Why can’t this aspect of life be less complicated?
